General Pricing Information & Conditions
The prices provided on this website are our discounted cash (or check) price.
A special license is NOT REQUIRED to rent any of the Motor Homes.
Rental Seasons:
Winter: September 11 -February 28
Spring: March 1 - May 23
Summer: May 24 - September 10
Minimum Rental Periods:
Winter, Spring – 3 Night Minimum
Summer Season and All Holidays – 7 Night Minimum
Rental Mileage:
All rentals include 125 free miles, per rental night.
Additional Mileage Charge, in excess of free miles: $.32 per mile for next 250 miles (next 125 miles if based on weekend rate). The next 250 are at @ .78/mile (125 if weekend rate), all miles beyond this are $1.59 per mile. Please contact rental agent for exact quote on additional miles.
ALL miles are included in trailer rentals.
Starter Kit
(mandatory on all units):$45.00 (Trailers)

*includes exterior cleaning, all toilet chemicals, all toilet tissue, hoses, connectors, adaptors, and 1 hour orientation on how to use
the RV/trailer. Trailer kits include weight distribution hitch, 2 5/16 inch ball, sway bars and electrical connection from trailer to your SUV/truck.
ELECTRONIC BRAKE CONTROLLERS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL TRAILER AND TOY HAULER RENTALS.
Rentals, sales and installation of brake controllers are available. Call office for details and pricing.
Cleaning Fee (mandatory on all units):
This service includes the dumping and sanitizing of the black and gray holding tanks, interior cleaning of the RV/ Trailer, and propane tank refill. The cost is as follows:
$95.00 (Travel Trailer, Toy Haulers)
$129.00 (Class C units)
$179.00 (Class A, gas and diesel)
Towing:
Towing is allowed on select units. There is a charge of $49.00 plus $.10 per mile. Please contact the rental office for allowable weights, etc. when towing.
Generator:
The rental includes 3 hours of generator use free with each rental
night. Any additional use is charged at $3.00 per hour.
Travel Trailers DO NOT include generators.
Rental Insurance:
Insurance must be provided by the renter through their own auto insurance carrier OR purchased directly through our insurance provider. Please visit the Rental Insurance Page for more details.
Reservation Deposit:
$525.00 partial payment is required to place and hold a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
$100.00 with application
$500.00 14-20 days before departure
Full rental free less than 13 days before departure.
One free rescheduling at no charge. $100.00 fee for each reschedule after that.
Security Deposit:
$500.00 – $3000.00 depending on size of unit. This can be paid in cash, check, or credit card.
The Security Deposit is refunded to the renter within 7-10 business days of RV return as long as there is no damage to the unit.
Pick up / Return Times:
Pick up times are between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the departure date, by appointment. The RV’s are due back by 12:00 PM on the return date. A fee of $50.00 per hour applies to all late returns and early pick ups.
Pets:
We do allow 1 small domesticated animal for a fee of $20.00/per night and a $100.00 security deposit. The unit must be returned with absolutely NO evidence of a pet, or renter will be charge $500.00 cleaning and fumigation fee. See Pet Addendum for details.
Smoking:
Sorry, but we do NOT allow smoking in any of our units.
Mexico:
Sorry, but we do NOT allow travel into Mexico with any of our units.
